These End-User Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flomo app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Flomo Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, paying for parking, or otherwise using the Flomo Service, you agree to these Terms.
By signing up for an account, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Flomo on these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account and stop using the Service.

Parking location rules are set by the parking operator/owner (the “Operator”),not by Flomo. Tariffs, allowed parking duration, free periods, enforcement rules, and eligibility for subscriptions are determined by the Operator and/or applicable local rules.
Flomo may process your payments and provide a receipt, but Flomo is not responsible for the physical parking facility, signage, availability of spaces, orOperator enforcement decisions (unless required by applicable law).
You must beat least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) to create an account and make payments.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if needed to protect users, Operators, or the Flomo Service.
For one-off parking and subscriptions, you may need to enter a license plate number (LPN)or select a saved vehicle. You are responsible for entering the correct vehicle details. Incorrect details may result in:
If the location uses ANPR/cameras/sensors, session times may be determined by entry/exit events captured by those systems and shared with Flomo.
Prices (tariffs and subscription fees) are displayed in the Flomo Service before you confirm payment. Prices may include taxes where required, or taxes may be added depending on your location and applicable law.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, and you remain responsible for unpaid amounts.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe) and may also support methods such as cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on availability.
Your payment provider may have its own terms. Flomo is not responsible for outages or errors caused by third-party payment providers, except where required by law.
Subscription start and renewal
If you buy a subscription, it begins on the start date shown in the Flomo Service and renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually)unless cancelled before the renewal date/time shown in your subscription settings.
How to cancel
You can cancel in the Flomo Subscription (Log in to your account → Subscriptions) or via support@flomo.space or info@biss.lv if you cannot access your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. You can continue using the subscription benefits until the end of the then-current paid period, unless otherwise stated.
No refunds if you forget to cancel
If you forget to cancel before renewal, we will not refund subscription charges for that renewed period, except where required by applicable law.
General rule
One-off parking payments are generally non-refundable once the parking session has been provided, except where required by applicable law or as stated below.
Refunds where you were not parked
If you request a refund because you believe you were not parked at the location during the time charged, you must provide reasonable proof that you were not present at the location for the charged period.

We may also verify against Operator data (e.g., ANPR entry/exit logs) where available.
If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the evidence supports your claim, we may refund the relevant one-off parking charge to the original payment method (or via another method if required/available). Refund processing times depend on your payment provider.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at support@flomo.spaceor info@biss.lv and include the receipt and details of the issue.
Unjustified chargebacks can result in account limitations, including the inability to make future purchases.

If a parking location shares data with Flomo (e.g., ANPR events), Flomo may process that data to provide the Flomo Service, prevent fraud, and handle disputes/refunds.
Flomo and its licensors own all rights in the Flomo Service, including software, branding, and content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Flomo Service for its intended purpose while you comply with these Terms.
We aim to keep the Flomo Service available and functioning, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.
We may change, update, or discontinue parts of the Flomo Service. If changes materially impact active subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Flomo Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited by law (e.g.,fraud, willful misconduct, or certain statutory consumer protections).
You may stop using the Flomo Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Termination does not affect:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will show the “Last updated” date and may notify you in-app or by email if changes are material. Your continued use of the Flomo Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
